Max founded Smart Home Updates with one goal- to provide the highest quality work for our clients. Nothing brings him greater joy than when he meets or even exceeds the expectations of his clients. He encourages all his clients to reach out to him regularly throughout each project. Max believes communication, a sense of urgency and respect are the very foundation between him and his clients.
Max enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and sports.
General Manager
Micaela brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry as a project coordinator, project manager, and contract manager. After Max has spoken with the client to assess his or her needs, Micaela develops the contract that will include the key terms of the project to be completed by the contractor and the individual obligations of everyone involved in the project. She also oversees the ordering of equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments. Working directly with our vendors, she endeavors to obtain the highest quality material for our clients. She loves problem solving and works with Max and the clients to make sure projects continue running smoothly and on schedule.
Micaela enjoys spending time with her family on the weekends doing any outdoor activity, reading, and volunteering with her children in their community.
